You’re never too old to learn!

Our onsite basic customer training courses have proved very popular with rental property landlords, tenants and both new and experienced pool owners that have taken the initiative to maintain their own pools. Each training session is specific to each customer’s needs and we cover everything from how to unblock your pool cleaner to how to de-scale your salt chlorinator cell. We also share some professional secrets and short-cuts and take you through the same basic training programme that our beginner technicians have to complete. And just in case you miss anything, we also have a yearly support membership for our trained up domestic customers that entitles you to unlimited free callouts*, phone and email support. For the professional, we also conduct general and specialised training courses for pool builders, pool shop staff, commercial operators and mobile service technicians.
